Bekki has been with Renegades Gym since 2020 and her enthusiasm for what she does is infectious, her classes are fun and dynamic putting everyone through their paces. Adaptable and approachable, she manages to make everyone session great for everyone.

She enjoys working with people that are just not comfortable in a gym environment, making them feel at ease the moment they walk through the door in our unique space. She loves training friends together and sometimes feels that the encouragement can drive each other on.

Her primary sport is Rowing, and she currently works for British Rowing developing the coastal rowing education course, for both on and off the water. She also coaches rowing at her own academy and her clients range from 20-70 with her feeling that everyone can enjoy the wonderful coastline we have here in the south and get fit too.

Bekki started her career quite late in life at the age of 43 with a whole world experience behind her. She started training which really helped her mental health and from that moment on knew what she wanted to do. She wants to be there for those who needs a friendship and want to feel better about themselves.

Upon meeting Grace it was obvious the energy and passion she has for this industry. A pilates instructor it was clear that she enjoys creating sessions that will explore how moving your body can improve your overall well being.

She is focussed on the coaching the importance of nailing the basics before adding load, drawing on her pilates knowledge to incorporate core strengthening  into her session to underpin the strength training. Her goal is to develop bodies that are strong, mobile and pain free.

She has a humanistic approach and her style of coaching allows people to feel comfortable to try new things pushing forward all the time.

Martin Sorenson

Martin has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Holding some of the most prestigious qualifications in the industry he always challenges himself to learn, recently completing his master in strength and conditioning.

His own desire to enter the industry came when he was 18 watching the body building film “Pumping Iron”. He admits he was the very slight of build but progressed into body building and studying sports science, he competed in a number of competitions in his weight class and says the whole experience has taught him so much about the body, and what it takes to get ready for something like that.

In the last few years he has moved into Olympic Lifting and finds the learning and teaching of these techniques a continued driver in his pursuit of continued growth.

Throughout his time he has helped people of such varied ages and abilities to achieve more than they ever dreamed, and loves watching people move better, feel better and increase their overall performance.
